Welcome to Truck QR. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Truck QR platform and services, which are owned and operated by Truck QR LLC (“Truck QR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

All Truck QR services are billed on an annual basis, per vehicle or trailer unit registered within the platform. Customers agree to pay a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $35 per unit. This fee covers account configuration, QR code sticker production, and shipping. The annual service fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable after 30 days from the date of activation.

You retain full ownership and legal responsibility for all documents uploaded to the Truck QR platform. Truck QR does not claim intellectual property rights over any customer-submitted documents. By uploading content, you grant Truck QR a limited license to store and display the content solely for the purpose of providing access to authorized users within your organization.

You agree to use Truck QR only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this service by any third party. Uploading content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion.

Truck QR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Truck QR shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or from any documentation errors, omissions, or connectivity issues.

Truck QR reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notification by email. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
